What it covers
Building on the previous units of study, this unit forms the second six months of supported full time work-based learning in an area relevant to a student’s discipline of studies. Students develop broader professional skills such as professional initiative and communication, resilience, adaptability and self awareness and the ability to engage with a variety of workplace issues and contexts. Students will demonstrate an understanding of the complexity of the professional workplace, effectively participate and contribute to the workplace, and self-evaluate as a professional practitioner for improving future practice, supporting their transition from student to professional.
