What it covers
This course teaches you to create spatial and interactive sound. You will learn about spatial sound standards and techniques across time-based media, installation, interactive media, and games. You will gain experience in designing, recording, composing, mixing, and publishing spatial and interactive sound works in one or more of these contexts. Together, this will enable you to engage listeners in new ways, both sonically and in interactive and/or multisensory experiences. This course is part of the Major and Minor: Sound and Music.
