What it covers
In this course you will be developing advanced hard news skills and skills in colour news writing. You will be exploring and addressing issues of subconscious bias in your work. This is important for the development of your ethical journalism practice. In the course you will be developing knowledge and skills in trauma informed practice. This will guide your engagement with sources as well as the development of your interview skills. You will also develop production skills such as news visualisation and story framing that reflect trauma informed practice.
