What it covers

In this course, you will combine creative thinking and critical thinking skills to gain a deep understanding of current social trends that will significantly shape the future in which we conduct our business, and use gained insights to ideate and design a strategy for shaping a socially desirable future in society. First, you will take a future thinking and design thinking approach to gain a deep human-centred understanding of current social trends in the world that are expected to have a large impact on how we live our lives and conduct our business in the future. You will also gain an understanding of the underlying behavioural and social principles that drive these trends. Then, you will ideate and conceptualise a potential socially desirable future. Finally, you will outline a strategy on how to implement behavioural and social principles to craft that socially desirable future.
